Before & After # 4

Saw this idea on another blog, but it was done with material, not paper. Sorry, I cant recall whose it was, so if you have done this recently, let me know - so I can thank you for your insipiration. This table was left here by M's mum and goes with the china cabinet I posted about a while ago here. I have so many projects on the go at the moment, and not enough time in the day to do it all. Here is the poorly photographed before.....
The Before
The gorgeous paper from Victorias Basement @ QBV in Sydney

The After

I also did this little number I purchased on ebay for $18. Now where to put them both....

Im seriously thinking about selling some of these pieces as Im starting to gather a few too many items. I have just bought a few more things last week to do - cant help myself!!
Have a lovely week

  2. Oh Rebecca, these look absolutely wonderful! I'm supposed to be working right now but couldn't resist a peek at your before and after - so glad I did! Love that paper you found. Have you put a protective coat of lacquer or anything over the top? As for selling - go for it - you obviously have a passion and talent for it! Happy Monday. Michelle

  12. I do like the paper idea, both tables look amazing. I have a huge collection of papers I keep buying and then can't use because I can't bear to cut into them! Will have to go looking for a glass topped table! Thanks for your comments. Julienne
